Privacy Policy

Information we process

We process the information needed to provide the service: your account email address and basic profile information supplied through Google sign-in; the two photos and generation request you submit; generated video files; account credit, order, and creation-status records; and basic technical, security, and service logs.

Please upload only photos that you are authorised to use. The service is for adults and does not accept photos of minors.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, accept photo uploads, create and deliver your requested AI-generated video, show your private history and credit balance, process payments, prevent misuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Photos guide identity only; performances, motion, scenes, and visuals are newly generated by AI. We do not publish submitted photos or generated videos in a public gallery. Your creation history and files are private to the account that created them.

AI generation and service providers

APT AI Video uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2 for private file storage, SeeAPI to process requested AI video generations, and Waffo for payment checkout. The fixed soundtrack paired with a completed video is stored privately and processed only to provide the requested output.

Google provides optional Google sign-in. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand aggregated site usage and improve the product. Payment details are entered on Waffo's checkout page; we do not receive or store full payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos and generated video files are scheduled for automatic deletion from file storage after up to 7 days. You should download any completed video you want to keep before it expires. Account, order, credit, and creation-status records may be retained longer where reasonably needed for account administration, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment administration, or legal compliance.

You may also remove a creation from private History where that option is available.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the providers needed to operate the service, where required by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of APT AI Video, our users, or the public.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information by contacting us from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

For a privacy request, email [email protected] and include the account email you used to sign in. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or API keys.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
