Acceptable Use & Content Safety Policy

Prohibited content

You must not use APT AI Video to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

• Pornography or NSFW content, including sexually explicit, sexualised, or exploitative material.
• Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, threats, or material intended to glorify violence.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination targeting a person or group.
• Child-unsafe content, including CSAM, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or unsafe depictions of children.
• Unauthorised or deceptive impersonation, including use of another person's likeness without their permission, fabricated statements or actions presented as real, or misleading intimate-scene compositing.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unlicensed protected characters, brands, recordings, or other material you are not authorised to use.

Source material and AI disclosure

You may upload only two photos of adults where you have explicit permission and legal authority to use each likeness. Do not upload minors, public figures, group photos, or another person's photo without consent. Photos guide identity only; the resulting performance, motion, scenes, and visuals are newly generated by AI and must not be represented as authentic footage.

Moderation and reporting

We may review reports, investigate suspected violations, and use service and security signals to detect misuse. To report a video, account, privacy concern, impersonation, or intellectual-property issue, email [email protected] with the relevant account email or job ID and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive credentials.

Enforcement

We may reject or cancel a request, remove stored files where possible, reverse a service-failure credit, restrict or suspend an account, preserve records when required, and cooperate with lawful authorities. We assess reports case by case and may request information needed to verify a report.
